We should have a haiku thread.
That is, we should if people could be expected to do serious haiku. Most of us Gaijen don't even try. But there's some really cool stuff when haiku is done right.

I write Haiku all the time. I now have about three and a half pages of finished, publishable ones. (meanign I'm willing to tell them to people.) Since Haiku should not be rushed, I'll start a thread, and post one a day or so. That way, people don't speed read through whole swathes of work. Within those seventeen syallables, many layers of meaning can exist.
