very long story
short version:
My new boss is a psycho hose beast who doesn't give a crap about how happy I am (which, incidentally, violates the company philosophy which was probably the most important deciding factor in making me sign on with the company).
Also, she expects a 100% rewrite of her entire department's job descriptions won't affect morale.
