Look! You can get Gargoyles (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B0002W4SY0/arthurianonli-20) in a dvd set!
-
Only one phrase can describe my feelings about this:
OH MY HECK!!!!!!
-
*faints*
I know what I want for christmas now
-
I think I must add this to my Christmas/Birthday wish list. Course it makes me wish my family wasn't so proactive in getting all their shopping done early.
-
is that the cartoon with Jonathan Frakes (Riker) voice?
-
ya
-
AND Marina Sirtis, AND guest starring Brent Spiner, Michael Dorn, Kate Mulgrew, John Rhys-Davies (ok not on star trek I know).
And with writing credits by Diane Duane.
*melts into puddle of fangirlish glee*
-
my reasons for liking the show have nothing to do with being a fanboy. I don't particularly like Star Trek. But, esp for a Disney cartoon, that show was very well done and had some brilliant ideas.

I'm still waiting for Ducktails the DVD collection.
-
actually, the one I'm waiting for iss Eek! the Cat.
And it is a symbol of the travesty of our times that you can get The Tick live action TV series on DVD but not the cartoon series.

I noticed in Best Buy yesterday that the A-Team is collected on DVD now, or at least the first season, as is the first season of Knight Rider. In Tage's words, all we need now is Airwolf and we'll have our entire childhood.
-
My favorite part of the A-Team is that the terrorists are always redneck good-ol'-boys.
-
Well, at the risk of calling attention to how young I am, I was twelve when Gargoyles started airing, and I watched it every day after school, from the very first day it aired.
-
My favorite part of the A-Team was watching it every day with my grandpa. :)
Also, that they could hide behind *anything* and bullets couldn't get them... :)

When I was in Kuwait waiting to go North into Iraq I was on an airbase with several companies worth of Green Berets. In one of the offices there was an air force kid, who worked behind a computer all day. Whenever a green beret would enter the office this air force kid would start loudly humming the theme song to the A-Team TV show. (the A team were supposed to have been green berets in Vietnam). About one in every three of the GBs would recognize the tune and about one in every three of those would angrily tell him to shut up. It was great. After he did it a couple of times everyone in the office would stop and look to see the reaction whenever a GB would come in so when they got embarrassed they did so with everyone staring at them. I've never laughed so hard in all my life.

That made me laugh harder than any post in weeks.
