Title: 35 bucks at amazon
Post by: Spriggan on July 30, 2005, 03:40:10 AM
So I've got $33 at amazon to spend thanks to people buying things via EUOL's site and I'm not sure what to get, I'm leaning more towards getting stuff to review at TWG right now.

I'm going to spend $9 on the old WEG miniature battle game, since I've been wanting it since WoTC minis came out, I use to have it but lost it years ago during the move to collage.

So that leaves me with about 22 dollars left to spend.  If anyone has anything they'd like to see reviewed that I can pick up for around that price then let me know.

Well it's the only D20 supplement that stood out, but before I decided I'm going to check on Fireborn and Sengoku just becasue I don't know much about them before I choose.

That's nice of you to spend the $ on stuff to review for TWG.

I don't know anything about RPG, but if you ever wanted to spend the money on a YA book for me to review, I wouldn't say no.  ;)

But I could get the book another way, so that probably isn't cost-effective.

Transhuman space comes highly recommended, by me. And I know how to badger you constantly on instant messengers.  :-*

Well after getting my SWM book I'm left with about $21.50 so it needs to add up to that with shipping or I can't buy it.  And shipping at amazon is $4 unless I spend more the $25 on stuff from them (my SWM book didn't count for that since it's 3rd party or I would have waited to get it).  So I might just get that Genghis Khan book I've been wanting for a few months.

Ok here's what I'm thinking of doing, I've got $21 left and I can't afford any of the title I listed above due to shipping so instead I'm going through RPGs looking for the dirt cheap titles (ie the ones less then $5) and am thinking I can pick up 4-5 of these.  There are lot of old  D&D boxsets and adventures up for sale cheap enough and I was thinking of picking up at least one of them.  However I don't play oldschool D&D and I know there are a few others here that do.  If you're intrested let me know, if there are more people then product then I'll do some type of random drawing for who gets what.

You must give us a review or article for the adventure I send you, if you cannot do that then don't reply to this part of the thread.

Right now I can get either
http://home.flash.net/~brenfrow/lm/lm-coa1.htm]Lankhmar, City of Adventure (http://) which I'm takeing is required for either of the following 2:
Dragonsword of Lankhmar (http://www.gamebooks.org/show_item.php?id=1832)
or
Swords of Deciet (http://home.flash.net/~brenfrow/lm/lm-ca2.htm)
or
The Amber Sword of World's End (http://www.gamebooks.org/show_item.php?id=1833)

If I have enough money and intrest I might be able to get both.  I'm not going to order for a few days so you've got plenty of time to reply.
Also I'll be adding anything I happen to find over the next day or two.  If you happen to find something on amazon that's cheep enough feel free to post it.

that a video or audio....I have heard of (in the US) that there is a group of people putting together Gundam.  Not life sice but I think one was going to be about 20 feet or so.  I am guessing it is audio from a group, but I just heard Gundam and desided to go my own way with it
