I agree with you on that point Pterath. I think that she made a bold move, and it really could go either way for her, so in that respect it was also a risky move. I personally think that it was better than doing nothing, and just pretending that things were not ever going to come to that point. There are only so many months that you can get away with the whole charade in the bedroom with nothing to show for it though, so in this I am hoping that it doesn't backfire on her, at least not too much. I don't expect her to get it right the first time, court intrigue that is, but it would be nice if it didn't get her killed. ;)

Doesn't that fall under the "torturing co-workers is a no-no" category?? ;)

My kids kind of like the Mario Brothers thing though....with the cartoon my three year old thinks that he is watching a video game :)

Thank you Brandon :)

That is kind of what I felt. I didn't really feel the need to question him at all, but that is probably just me...I don't even really know why.

I love that one of my best friends is going to be having a baby, and if it is a girl she will get my name for her middle name :) Can't have my head getting too big by naming her after me, but the middle name is a nice gesture. ;) Also, they have just moved to my area so we can actually visit more than once or twice every six months.

Dan, do you have a link to the new trailer? I haven't seen it, and my husband is a huge fan. I would love to be able to show it to him.

I see your point, it was just never a question that I had. I don't know everything about head injuries either, but ..... I don't know, I can't even say for sure why it didn't bother me....it just didn't. But different people read things differently and feel losses of explanation in different ways, so hopefully there will be someone who can help answer your question with something more than I was able to give you.

Good point. Perhaps that did subconciously let me feel that this was something that he could do without too much trouble or explanation.

I think that it is a good question, but I guess I always just accepted the fact that Raoden was different, in the way that he felt the pain, and in the ways that he found to work around it. I guess I just took on faith that he may have still had the pain, but with the job needing to be done, he had the strength and the willpower to get it done. Also, there was the hope that it would return Elantris to what it was before, thereby negating all of the pain, weakness, and other maladies that struck them.

I didn't lose my cat, she just thought that she was a present this morning and swatted anyone taking a gift from under the back part of the tree, until she got bored. :) She really is a very silly kitty.

I hope everyone had a good Christmas holiday, I had a very busy one with lots of people in the house. I have missed that the last few years so I don't think that I will be complaining about it, though it was very crowded.

I don't think that anyone noticed when Jewels used the command code in front of Vivenna for the very reason that dreamking 47 just posted, she was so opposed to their use that they probably couldn't ever imagine a time when she would use them, or Clod specifically. I really don't think that whole section needs to be rewritten, maybe just a tweak or two to make it flow a little bit better. Nothing specific that I can think of right now, sorry about that. I thought that it went pretty well myself.

That is getting down right nasty and rude, and I don't see any call for it. Learn some manners.
