Is Proctor the same as referee?  If so how do we qualify to be Proctor's as well?

The Jade Knight:
No schedule.  For now, at least, dueling is completely open, subject to the restrictions in the rules.

Proctor is essentially "referee".  To qualify as a Proctor, you must learn the entire matrix either by dueling or by watching duels, as well as have a few other qualifications (such as quality roleplay and a good attitude).  I'll post more details on that sometime in the future.

Sweet. Hopefully we can get a good amount of people into this. we are currently trying to use our Coalition in the recruiting process.
