actually, she doesn't have to see her. SG's powers are TK based, and she can make an inertial barrier without seeing what she's blocking.

Well To be honest the first gal pairing was not what I wanted it to be, at the time I had trouble finding a good catwoman to pair her against. Storm and WW I chose because they are both outsiders to the western and modern world (WW is an Amazon, and Storm is an African Princess), yet both seek to defend it.

Spidey and Batman just click.

Same with Sup and Cap.

Plus WW and Storm duked it out in the DCvMarvel line.

Though then Spidey took on Superboy, Batman fought Cap, and Supes clocked the Hulk, so the choices aren't based on that. (though it'd be funny, the DC v Marvel was about winning fights, we could redo it as a beauty pageant...)
