Shameless plug for my book signing

I'll be doing a book signing for Writers of the Future, Vol. XXI, in which I have a short story.  The signing is on Friday, September 16, from 6-8pm at the Waldenbooks in the Provo Towne Centre Mall.

But don't just go because of this shameless plug.  Go because EUOL said to.

I may stop by. Maybe I can convince MsFish to come, too. I do own that volume after all (for EUOL's class)--and it would be cool to get it signed.

And if I brought CtrlZed then we can be your groupies, too!

Oh, I just remembered that it is Fall Fling on Friday night. I'll have to do some finagaling, but I may still be able to stop by. Unfortunately, no guarantees--I want to go dancing at my last BYU Fall Fling, and I'm afraid that takes priority.

Far be it from me to stand in the way of dancing -- or to dance in the way of standing, for that matter.

I should have had you sign my copy while you were up here, actually. Didn't think of it, and I didn't stick around for the signing the night of the awards ceremony (sorry, that ceremony was long and it had been a long day). Perhaps I'll bring it down with me the next time I'm in Utah.

Movie and TV stars can get away with charging for signatures.  Not us lowly authors, though.

Oh, I was talking about your miniature bust of John Hancock not your signature.

Oh.  That's not for sale at any price.  You can have my John Hancock when you pry it from my cold, dead fingers.
