It can be worse then simple assault, depending on how dumb the people involved are. Now you know what really keeps the JAGs busy.

We called it "wall-to-wall" counseling.  If the guy deserves it/will benefit from it, you can usually get plenty of willing witnesses to swear everyone concerned was elsewhere.
