Bao

In America, the sandwhich is king, (lets face it a burger is a sandwhich) in China its Bao. Fresh steamed or baked Bao is a piping hot yeast roll stuffed with pork, or whatever happens to be handy. But the best part is how easy it is to freeze and save for later.
