Has anyone read the dark elf/drizzt series

        So I am reading the drizzt sreies, and look up the next book. I swear I started at book one, but there is debate what sseries to read first.... What?!  :-[


    Any advice?

Hero of Ages:
Do you want to read them in order of release or in timeline order?  The Icewind Dale Trilogy (The Crystal Shard, Streams of Silver, and The Halfling's Gem) was written/published 1st but The Dark Elf Trilogy (Homeland, Exile, and Sojourn) take place before it does. 

If you want to start at the beginning of the whole story you need to start with the Dark Elf Trilogy.
