Walter Kraft and the Alien Menace is gripping science fiction novel by Faroese-Danish author Einar Petersen and edited by Christine LePorte. The novel is set in the background of a far away planet in which humans have established a settlement. However, one day a farmer Jasper discovers something, but before he can tell what it is he got murdered by an AI floater of a ruthless mining corporation. After the incident Walter Kraft, an inter-galactic bounty hunter is appointed by the widow the deceased farmer to bring those responsible to justice.  However, when Kraft reached the crime scene, he discovered the murder of the farmer is just the beginning. Unless he does something the entire human settlement could be destroyed by an alien. Walter Kraft and the Alien Menace are based on a classic theme of never ending battle of good versus evil. The entire story is constructed in such an ingenious way that the reader never gets lost in the story, and all the characters seem to be a real person. One top characteristics of this novel is that it also offers some moral lessons to its readers who make the novel all the more appealing. I highly recommend this book. I also need to tell you that Walter Kraft and the Alien Menace was released to gather support for The Global Ability Initiative so please write a support pledge through the author’s homepage.
