I think that Neil and Mozzie (from White Collar) fit Kell and Dox really well:)

I've been stuck with Ellen Page as Vin for ages.

There's a reason for that - Vin as portrayed on the paperback cover looks remarkably like Ellen Page

I really like the idea of Paul Bettany as Sazed (he's got a great ability to sort of become the role, plus I loved him in Master and Commander).

Okay so this may seem a bit crazy but I think I have the perfect Kelsier.  I seen posts for Robert Downey Jr., Nathon Fillion, etc. but I think Jensen Ackles http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0010075/ would be a great fit.  Seriously underrated.   What do you guys think?

Looking at his list of what he's been in, i can seriously say I've never seen him in anything, as such, I am completely unaware of who he is or his quality of acting.

That being said, physically he looks like he could pull off the right look.

Yeah Jensen Ackles character from Supernatural has a lot of similarities, in my opinion, to Kelsier.  I was trying to find a clip to exemplify this on youtube, but its hard to narrow down a character to one clip, especially if you haven't seen the show.

Anyway, this one goofy, but you get to see the guy in action. :D

I've read the series twice and each time, I've totally thought that Ellen Page would make a great Vin.  She has the body type and look that I would envision Vin to have.  I've just seen Inception (which I loved) and I think Ellen is very good actress who can pull it off.  Also, I loved the subtle chemistry between her and Joseph Gordon-Levitt.  I wouldn't mind seeing him cast as Elend.

I've been a big fan of Ryan Reynolds since 2 guys, a girl and a pizza parlor.  Way too old for Elend but might actually work for Kelsier although I've always thought of Kelsier as a younger, slightly uglier Brad Pitt.

Ellen Page definitely came into mind for Vin.  She is a very talented actress, especially note An American Crime (extremely creepy movie).  But I have reservations in the more physical part of the role.  I saw whip it and despite the efforts to make her seem ruthless, she kind of looks awkward.  Vin is supposed to lithe and agile.  Ah, but maybe I'm being to picky?
