Argh...co-workers
« on: May 21, 2004, 02:55:53 AM »
So I really like most of the people I work with, however, I wish some of them would just grow-up even they are in their 50s.

Actually what has me ticked off is that some stupid employee has been downloading porn on the office computer. What are they thinking? Not only is there a company policy that could get them fired, it makes the rest of us look bad. And it could get our internet connection in the office taken out, or severly limited to just a few company sites.

Yeah, total dumb. You should probably smack them with a rod the size of old Dan Gegarde. Man oh man was Dan a big-un, three feet tall and five feet wide.

Lol, a variant of that happened here (at school) just the other day.  Some dude was looking at porn (on the school computers, using another logon... idiot++), got caught my friend, who talked to the system admin (its kinda my friends job to monitor the comp room) who kicked him out.  They also kicked out all the people who were watching over his shoulder.  So now they are *really* peeved at Leigh, and somehow, me.  Oh, and they face fairly strict punishment.  Still trying to work out why they are peeved at me though....

It could be argued that those people in the computer lab and my co-worker are not eniterly thinking clearly or sanely.

Yeah, I saw a guy looking at pr0n in the lab once, Outkast. He was the guy who was completely failing Software Design, and whom Mr. Booth made mocking remarks to every lesson until he finally quit school.

This is why Mr. Booth Rocks.

I like that better.... Oh, and I was amused when they started telling Leigh he'd "go to hell" because "God saw his backstabbing".

Yeah, well, nobody can look at porn at my school because since some kid got caught changing school documents from hacking into the network, which allows him to do ANYTHING to any computer at more than 25 schools, we have the parental control settings of infants.  At my school, THIS site is blocked for inappropriate content.  Of course, my settings at home are worse overall...
