I was going to ask the same question.

I am looking for someplace to post short stories, lead ins or whatever and get constructive feedback.

Orson Scott Card's Hatrack Writer's Workshop.  It's free to register, and they have a "13 lines" forum where you post your first 13 lines from a short story to check on your hook.   There are also lots of other sub-forums there where people talk about writing and other such fun stuff.
