I was actually referring to an episode of Myth Busters, but that is a valid point as well.

On the other hand metallic objects in your body do cause PAIN when subjected to MRI.

Okay, I like mythbusters.  But sometimes they seem to be intentionally misunderstanding the myth they are being challenged with.  At other times they seem to be intentionally framing the experiments so that they can't possibly provide usable data.  It's just sometimes.  But it seems almost as if they occaisionally have an ulterior motive in "disproving" certain things that are scientific fact for which there are credible scientific studies.
