The official nickname is Meatloaf. However, the actual name continues the tradition begun with the first baby.

My brother is nicknamed Meat-Head by my father, I'm Knot-Head....and still called by it both affectionately and as an insult varying with the circumstances.....

Wait, the real names have a tradition behind them?  How so?  I don't see any connection between the two.

I don't see the connection either.  It's probably something more personal.

Kaz - We're talking about their real names.  Not their nicknames.

That makes me look rather stupid  :-[. Maybe they have the same middle initial... my family does that (and none of us can tell you why).

The significance of Brandon's first child's name should be pretty obvious to Miyabi and firstRainbowRose. But not everyone here has the frame of reference to get it.

The significance of his second child's name wouldn't be obvious to most people here until later this year.

Will this become apparent to me, Mr. J, and Miyabi sometime next month type tradition?

Also, ook, are you avoiding me?  *sniffs*

(Disclaimer! Mi'chelle is extremely tired due to not being able to sleep last night.  When she gets tired she gets irrational, and a little pysco.)

Would I understand the significance of the first child's name, Peter? Because if so, I think I know the connection between the two names (although I don't know the name of the second)...

Kendra, I do believe you've gotten the first one.
