Is it just me, or can March 30th not come fast enough?

I think that's all that needs to be said. As one of the many who is eagerly anticipating Dan's book here in the US, I keep trying to tell myself that six months will fly by fast... but I doubt they will go fast enough.

What I'm excited about is the fact that we're getting both it and Mr. Monster next year.  So we don't have to wait too long for the next book.

WAITING.  That's all I'm doing, just sitting here, sipping tea and waiting for the release of Dan's book.   

Of course, I'll have to buy champagne, or at the very least sparkling apple juice.

I get to wait this out in Rhode Island-- meaning that I can get the book on time but securing Mr. Wells signature and shaking his hand will take much longer.

Why do so many of my favorite new authors come out of Utah? This is so inconvenient...

After all, it's not like Dan is trying to publish Mary Shelly fanfic...

I find it vastly amusing that none of the major bookstores in my area have copies of the book, given how long I've been waiting for it. I'll just have to do a site-to-store kind of transaction and hope it arrives soon.
