Now, now. Schlock will be there, and where there's a sergeant, there's a team. Maybe not Michelle, Chisula, and Elizabeth, but I'm sure he can get in trouble with others. After all, his report card says, "Plays well with others, except when he eats them."

And perhaps Schlock will not leave them in jail? Y'a never know, now do you?

Wait. I just realized that Thurl never said Schlock should stay behind; only that his *team* would keep fine in jail. Durr.

Looks like that's how it'll go down. Sucks to be on the Schlock team right about now (with Schlock himself included - he must feel like crap).

Given how much thought and effort Kevyn seems to have put into making sure that they can get out when things get hot... I wonder who's going to get left behind on Credomar.

Hum... take a look back at http://schlockmercenary.com/d/20090426.html and you'll see that the ship is going to be in somewhat less than tip-top shape. And apparently Schlock may have to leave his team in jail. So whether "left behind" becomes a theme or not, scramble-as-is certainly is going to be one. Which raises the question of just what exactly they're going to do, but... two more story arcs, right? And Pi seems intent on blowing things up...before they even get there!

Worth noting that when Pi wanted to practice with the troops and Kevyn reminded him that all the energetic stuff was locked up, he said the cafe was stocked fine... and they wanted to know who made off with the powdered cream?

True. And I think Kevyn's response indicates that he knows Pi has the powdered cream....I think....
