By taking Jade off the poll without asking anyone about it. Of course Jade is going to disagree, but what about everyone else? If no cared that he was up there (and obviously, he was getting votes, so people must've liked the option), then it shouldn't have mattered WHO put him up there....

(maybe "fascist" was too strong a word, but I rather like it. But in essence it's redundant, since the way in which I meant it was the same that "dictator" gives too, so...yeah. And since you didn't get any outside opinion before altering the poll, I'd say dictator suits you pretty well...;))

Sorry Shaggy but I agree. You need to address the situation to the other voters before changing anything to make it as fair as possible.
