I had a lot of fun.  Thanks again Nessa for having us over.

Hey all, thanks for the chance to come and meet some people.  Was fun and would definitely be open to coming back for another round some time.  Sorry I ended up having to bail early.  The way things go sometimes, I guess.  See you all around.

Oh yeah!  Can I have a copy of the recipe.

Nessa's Fresh Salsa
1 bell pepper (orange is best, in my opinion)
1/2 cup sweet onion
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
2 Tbsp white vingear
2 tsp sugar
1-2 cloves minced fresh garlic
2 tsp salt (or to taste)

Pulse in food processor til chunky consistency. Then add:

5-8 Medium-sized ripe tomatoes cut in quarters

Pulse until tomatoes are consistent size.

Serve immediately. It doesn't store well, it gets all oniony tasting so it's best to just make as much as will be eaten immediately.

Thank you Nessa!  I'm going to make that for the next family bbq we have.  (All credits to you of course)

It was indeed fun, and we're sorry we couldn't have shown up earlier.

Like I said there, we'd be happy to host one of these at our house sometime, but I think it might be difficult to entice some of you folks to make the trip down to Reno... let us know if anyone's ever headed down this way.

Big, tall, ugly...uh, late.   ;D  Yellow shirt and blue jeans.

How bout yourself?  I only caught forum names from Tage, 42, and I figured out Nessa.
