It's a total party. ::)

7317 words, and I think I know how to fix it.

Hopefully I can actually pull it off.

The short story I'm working on is almost halfway done. I need to complete it by Wednesday.....If I succeed, I might even be submitting for the first time in 6 months....

Well, I should have seen that coming. I didn't, but I should have.

Flo's right. Deadline....I told my friend (Frog, actually) that I needed to get my short story done. And therefore we're seeing if a deadline will get my butt into gear and start writing (something I haven't done a lot of in the last 6 months...). So far, it's pretty good....Of course, I also still have a good 10 pages left to write and it's taken me about 3 weeks to write the first 15, so...yeah.

I just need to channel my inner Raethe (Nanowrimo, much?).  ;)

Back on track with the Junction... working on it slowly but surely.  The plot's all hashed out, finally.

Pinned this topic. Silk's critiquing binge put it down a few pages ;)

As for me, I am right now delving into the fourth draft of Fateless. It will be 4k or 5k long, I estimate. I'm... 500 words through it. But hey, that's an eighth!

Yes, I'm going to submit it to Reading Excuses again, but before you throw apples at me, this will be the last time I submit it.  ::)

Still, I didn't want it to get too buried.

I'm working on my second short for my class. It's due tomorrow. Well. Technically today....I'm about 3 pages into it...I don't think I'll be going to bed until about 3 or 4 tonight...Fantastic.

Anyway. Once I finish it, and I turn it in, and the semester gets over next week, I'm moving back to Crashers...which makes me happy. I should have something to submit with that fairly soon (maybe a month). Yay!

Finally into the home stretch on draft one.  A few paragraphs of segue and a bit of afterward and I should be ready to dig into the real work of edits and rewrites.

Should be moving on to that and finishing the outline of my next novel this week.

Congrats on finishing, Renoard! Even if it's only the first draft, it is still a great accomplishment.
