I have no idea exactly, but by 45 you're definitely not an Acelen....

Were you an Acelen First Year at Level 37? Because I missed that level so I'm just guessing what it was...

That seems like a rather large assumption to make. Just because he's a small-time crook doesn't mean he's any good. On the contrary, it means he's kind of bad.

haha. I believe he was an exception to the rule. Most aren't that adept. And for some reason I just doubt that Kaz is up at Kell's level (or Vin's).
