I don't mind Coke or Pepsi, but I would always rather have Dr Pepper. You like the DP, Andrew? In that case, you are, by definition, awesome.

Chaos: Druggie. Though if you're being drugged by a drugger you could possibly be called a druggee.

Just 500 words to write before 6:00 tomorrow morning and 2000 to revise before 4:00 tomorrow afternoon! Yes, that's happy. It's less than I started with.

Ooh! Ooh! Tomorrow I might have new computer parts to distract me from schoolwork on!

I got my computer back after a week of it being at the computer help desk at the school. The reformat worked wonders, and even though I have to reinstall firefox, office, and so many other things, I don't care. I love my computer now. It's perfect....

I'm giddy with excitement at having a computer that's not infected with anything...

Moved past the fever/chilling and cold-ish parts of swine flu! Yey!

On the not so happy side, I spent two hours this morning kneeling (and giving offerings) to the porcelain god. Though I'm still not really sure why we use that phrase. I mean seriously, what god would want those offerings? But I digress.

Anyway, since Coke is the only thing allowing me to keep anything down right now, my respect for it has increased dramatically. That being said, I'll start hating it again shortly after recovering from this. Even with me being sick, Dr. Pepper still is better. I just can't drink it right now.....

Andrew b/c you hate Coke you will, most embarasingly, drown while drinking some cheap imitation like Pepsi. Such is the wrath of Coke. :P

Coke is not being wrathful right now. In fact, it seems quite forgiving, as it knows I hate it, and yet is continuing to provide support for my ailing stomach. How kind of it.

Dr Pepper will heal you.

Fun fact: they removed that period from "Dr." to avoid all medical connotations of the product. So it might not be a great idea to take my advice.

Well since my stomach is now feeling much better, I just might give it a shot...

I drank Dr Pepper for nausea in all of my pregnancies. I can't stand Coke and it works for me. I just have to be careful to keep from getting addicted. That headache when you can't take any real drugs is a killer.
And I know it is not the most nutritious thing, but sometimes you'll take whatever calories will stay down.

...Like... Earlier today?

Hmm. I'll have to try Dr Pepper next time. I do like it muchly much more than coke.

Kaz, you should be proud of me. I drank a full 2 liters of coke today.

The headache from the pregnancy, or from the Dr Pepper? If it's from the Dr Pepper, I've found water makes the headache go away. Shockingly quick, too.

@Kaz - Slowly? I don't think that me not drinking any coke for well over 5 year, then drinking more than 2 liters in a day qualifies as slowly. That being said, with my stomach feeling better, I no longer have any need for coke, and will dispose of him accordingly.

One more day of swine flu sadness before my life is normal again! (You wouldn't think I'd be looking forward to going to school tomorrow so much, but I've been really bored the last 2 days)

Headache from feeling guilty about drinking Dr Pepper everyday and trying to quit.  The amount I drink tends to fluctuate in relation to how recently I've seen the doctor.
