I'm going to Chicago this weekend - round trip from Kansas City for $17 (I love Megabus!).  The purpose of the trip is to see some friends and have a fun time before becoming a responsible, self-sacrificing mother next month.  I'm excited!

Going to San Francisco for the Cherry Blossom Festival next week!  We're going to buy a bunch of sashimi, too, and bring it home to make sushi (yum!)

Happy Easter everyone! Hope you eat to many chocolate bunnies and jelly beans.
My 19 month old went on 2 easter egg hunts in the past two days and keeps having candy for lunch, but today he had candy for breakfast. He loves Easter.

My family is still hyped up from 2 days of non-stop candy eating and it's like imposible for any quiet time in the house.  ;)
Nature's first green is gold
Her hardest hue to hold. Her early leaf's a flower;
But only so an hour. Then leaf subsides to leaf.
So Eden sank to grief, So dawn goes down to day.
Nothing gold can stay.

I'd rather had less because I get so tempted and then not only do I feel guilty because I ate to much but my stomach hurts as well.  :D

  I got to play in a return of the king paintball scenario game on saturday. It was the first time this year that I got to play. I had lots of fun, got to shoot lots of paint, and got shot up a lot. We lost the game but good times anyways.  ;D

I'm happy for a multitude of reasons. First, I'm hyped up on Robin Hood (the BBC tv show...watch it. It's awesome). I spent all day Saturday watching it, and I'm still feeling the effects of that love. Seriously. I'm in love with Robin. That sounds dorky, I know, but it's true. Second, I watched Chuck last night, and it was completely epic, and next week's episode will be even more epic (although I won't be able to watch it until late May...). Third, the sun is out, and it is deliciously warm. Warm is good. Fourth, I just ate donut (a chocolate bismark (cream-filled), if anyone's wondering....:)).

And now for the last two. The big ones. It's my birthday tomorrow, and it's the only one where the day will match how old I'm turning. I'm turning 22! AH! And last, but DEFINITELY not least,  I will be in Ireland in less than one week! Double AH!

Thank you, Shag! And it's okay if you do. Plenty of real-life people won't....Like my roommates. And the people I'm going on the tour with...That's not saying that I won't welcome birthday wishes tomorrow on here. I totally will. I'll take all the birthday wishes I can get. :P
