Finger in car door
« on: December 20, 2004, 06:03:32 PM »
Iwant to rant!  I shut my pinky finger in the car door and it hurts (the finger, not the door).  Then I had to spend over an hour at the instacare.  I'm grumpy.  The world is not my burrito.  Typing hurts.
If I had any clue, would I be here?

Curse you, car doors!

I suggest that you kick the door.  That'll show it!

kick a good dent in it. And if you really want to show it, you can then put your knuckle on the heating element when broiling sandwiches.

Oh, I forgot that most of the timewasters are guys (ie, totally unsympathetic).  Next time I need to complain, I should call one of my sisters.
If I had any clue, would I be here?

I'll go with the latter! =P But really. Fingers can become very much paigned with pain when put in the situation. I know. I've blistered my fingers at work many times.

Sorry, Sigyn, I was silently sympathizing. Should have spoken up.

(And as for a date, I doubt she needs one. She's already got a husband.)

Um, I feel I ought to say something here in reply to what's been said, but. . . . No.
If I had any clue, would I be here?

But yes!
If you're ever in an argument and Entropy winds up looking staid and temperate in comparison, it might be time to cut your losses and start a new thread about something else :)
