You had me at bacon ravioli, but then when you added horsey sauce I became a true believer.

Baking the ravioli for about 10 minutes on 300. The knobs say different because I just slid the tray in, silly!

Cooking the bacon until it's not deadly to eat, but still soft enough to have no issues with wrapping. If you do this with turkey bacon there's no need for this part, as it cooks supa-fast.

This recipe works fine without the kebab skewers, but the bottom gets kinda soggy if you don't use them. Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees after adding the bacon. Broiling works better if you're using a pan underneath.

Time to flip! If you don't mind dripping grease in your cooking apparatus, and said apparatus has heating elements top and bottom, there's no need to do this part. Put the stuff back in for another 10 at 400 after flipping.

Hooray! Kebabs!
I'd like to note that turkey bacon is actually pretty good with this. My sister refuses to do the real pig version. The bonus to going with turkey bacon is that it cooks quickly and uniformly, eliminating the need for the frying pan. Another thing my sister likes is taking the bacon off and just eating bacon flavored raviolis. It's nowhere near as good, but you can eat the bacon plain or with another dish afterward. You know, for those who are very economic with their bacon use. I guess.

The horsey sauce makes this stuff crazy (awesome), but I didn't like it on the turkey version. Enjoy!

Horsey sauce? Isn't that the stuff they have at Arby's that tastes like turpentine and bleach? (Just checking to see if we're thinking of the same sauce. ;))

That said, what a glorious idea. I'd baste mine with Cholulu...

Horseradish isn't for everyone, but some of us like turpentine and bleach.

Lol. Are you then saying that Vegan/Vegetarian cuisine is "bad" because it doesn't have bacon in it?

Earlier today, i have made the purchase of Bacon Jerky from jerky.com I should hopefully have it an about a week. My mouth salivates in anticipation.

Also, about a month ago (for the 4th of july, actually), i made bacon burgers. As in burger patties with bacon IN THEM. I cooked the bacon until it was almost done, diced it nice and small, and poured the bacon grease on the burger meat. Then i mixed all up real nice (i also used worstescire and garlic to season them) and they were juicy and delicious.

Everything about that sounds awesome except the part about the bacon grease. Which sounds, well, greasy.

There are restaurants that do that around here (Salt Lake). Salt City Burger Factory. It is awesome. This way you get bacon in every bite. I like to do what you mentioned, but add jalapeņos into the burger as well. Jalapeņos make everything better, especially when mixed with bacon.

Now I'm freaking starving.
