Writer/Editor Volunteer Help Wanted
« on: February 26, 2007, 06:19:01 PM »
So, the project I'm working on is in desperate need of a style guide for the lesson activities we're writing. The current writing format we're using is too academic and not very accessible to students or parents. Since the project is a lot less useful if it is only usuable by people who hold degrees in elementary education or child development, I'm hoping some normal people might be willing to give one of our lesson plans a look. Any feedback would be helpful at this point. The lesson is about 2 pages long plus supplimental material. So any takers?

I'd love to help, but I can't see where I'd have any time to actually do it.

Me. I can take a gander.

I probably could over the weekend.

Thanks for the offers.

I'll get emails sent as soon as I can. My supervisor doesn't want anyone to look at the lessons until they are perfect. ::)
Needless to say this has caused substantial delays and defeats the purpose of getting feedback. Still, I think she will buckle to pressure by the end of the week.

I didn't read this until just now (almost a month later) but if you ever need help again I'd be happy to read them.

That's because you've dropped off the face of the planet! How are you?

Thanks for the offers everyone.

I'm having many issues with my supervisor at the moment which is stalling just about everything. If I still have a job next week I'll see if I can send some stuff.
