Yep, that's fine. I'm sure my kids would love someone to play with.

The most recent time announcement I can find is Nessa saying that 7 or later is best for her. Let's make that official and say 7pm for sure. Anyone who doesn't know here she lives, but does know where I live, meet at my house at 6:45.

And for those of us who don't know either?

Maybe someone could PM me?

Thanks for hosting that, Nessa! I had a blast. Too bad I couldn't make it earlier to hang out before the movie, but I'm glad we all had a chance to chat after, despite running out of things to say. (I think for me, it was sheer voice and mind exhaustion. While sleeping that night at my friend's, I kept thinking that I was already home and the disappointment of waking up still away from home was kind of funny. "I still have to fly back tomorrow!") It was a long, though fun, weekend. Pictures up at my LJ (http://slwhitman.livejournal.com) and more to come over the course of the week as I recap my main address and answer some questions people have asked.

I thought it was funnier than Ep 1, but that's my opinion. I had forgotten how terrible Reign of Fire was.

Next time, if we do it at my house, it will be warmer and we can BBQ. Mark and I were hoping they would have a Wrath of Khan by then...  ;D

I doubt we'll se a Wrath of Khan, but they do have Star Trek 5, Daredevil, Fellowship of the Ring, XXX, and The Fifth Element. Any of those could be awesome.

And I agree, this was far funnier than Episode 1. Thanks for hosting it, Nessa, and it was good to see Stacy and Jade Knight and others we don't often see.

I'd rather not see Fellowship get torn apart, unless their simply mocking that particular dramatization, and not Tolkien's originals…

Yeah, I've got it here with your manga.  Course, I would have to actually see you in order to give them to you.

Oldie's boys also left behind a mini-CD game. Just FYI.

(my sorta late post...)  Thanks for hosting at your house Nessa!  My wife and I had a great time, and it was great to meet everyone that we have never seen in real life.  Sorry we had to take off so fast, I had to get up really early Sunday.  We are looking forward to the next one, and hopefully we will be able to stick around longer and get to know everyone else even better.

Also, thanks to Spriggan and everyone else who helped out!  We had a blast!
