What about the shindig at Nessa's on the 29th? That's pretty darn close to New Year's. Isn't crashin' Nessa's place enough end-of-the-year mischief for y'all?
Lord Ruler and Lady Protractor were off on vacation, thus the angles running amok.

See this is why I didn't want to do that movie after Christmas, I don't want watching movies (even if they are funny) to replace our normal TWG parties.  We only do 4 of these a year (if that) and watching a movie is something we can do any time but being able to hang out, talk, and play games with everyone isn't something that we can do whenever.

Very tempting. Wish I could make it. Don't let Fell convince you I don't like you guys anymore. :) I'll have to settle for Munchkin with a few new people. I've never played it before, so it might just become a tradition.

Considering everything I know that's going on at other's houses the days around that week it might be best to have this at 42 and I's house and do boardgames/Wii party.

I thought the movie at Nessa's was on the 27th or 28th.

Cool. 29th is bad for me, but I could do 30.

Actually, now the more I think about it, I might not be able to something at all. Our gimungous TWG Magic game is New Year's day, and that's already plenty of time away from my family. I don't know if I could do another one.

Why don't we have the TWG New Years party be the same thing as the TWG Magic party? A bunch of people can play magic, a bunch of people can play other things, and then we can switch off. Or just fill up on snacks. Y'know, whatever.

That's not a bad plan, though non-participants in the Magic draft would have to realize that the rest of us will be tied up playing Magic for most of the event. It could be fun, though.

That's why I didn't want to combine the two, we've got a large draft going on that will take most of the day.
