And I'm ready, so long as my exams and Moving house doesn't interrupt too much.

yeah, i'd like to track it again. If you have one where I can just plug in a number, that'd be great
in face, if we could make it open, so everyone can post their own count, that'd be perfect

Wow, I was just telling a co-worker about this a few days ago. Here's to hoping my progress of life will track down those fiends and allow me to work.

So, are we going to discuss topics here, or what?

I may participate for the moral support, but my number of pages/words by that time will be focused on a 30-page seminar paper, I think. I'll cheer y'all on, though.

I'm thinking of having a go.  Unfortunately, thats the month of uni exams, so I may be a bit distracted.... ah well, late nights and coffee will fix everything.

Well, I'm now officially registered, I have my idea entirely planned, all I need to do now is my two/three assignments, my exams in the start of November, move house during the same month, and write.

I'm looking forward to NaNoWriMo this year. I'm not entirely pleased with last year's book (very few people ever finished it, which I take as a bad sign), but I learned a lot about writing and character, and I'd love to give it another go. I'm almost ashamed to admit that I need something like NaNoWriMo to make me write, but it's pretty true; other wise I just sit around designing novels without actually writing text.

Stupid Boards!

I have to take part 2 of Boards in December.  November is my study time.  No time for writing.

Dangit!

I read teh whole thing, Fell. I liked it, though it needed work. But hey, it was a first draft, of course it needed work.

I think, Fell, that your book this year should just be a collection of ballets written by the character from last years novel, you could have lots of fun with that one.

Well, I'm reading Card's "How to Write Sci-fi and Fantansy this month. I've actually learned quite a lot. I think last night I was actually sitting with him as he talked to me (which in actuality was just me sitting there reading the book, but it felt like he was right there). It is, however, a very good book. I like it a lot. (Thanks 42, although he may never see this.)

So there are 5 of us this year?
