James Dashner speaking tonight! (Feb 22nd)
« on: February 22, 2006, 10:40:09 AM »
Hey guys, a quick head's up. James Dashner is speaking tonight at the Provo library at 7:00 (Wed, Feb 22nd). He's the author of a 'Door in the Woods,' 'A Gift of Ice,' 'The Tower of Air,' 'The War of the Black Curtain.'

Anyway, it should be good...and I'm going, so...come anyway!

Do I have to pay you for every one of these posts? Actually, I don't know why I should have to pay you, all I get out of this is more anxiety!

Thanks again. Now I feel all pressured to not suck.

See ya tonight.

James is a very good speaker.  If you missed him at LTUE, I'd try and stop by here tonight.  His advice on writing, I've found, is always high quality.

(Don't know if I'll be there, James.  I'll see if I can make it, but no promises.)

Hey -- I didn't realize till now that Jamestown was James Dashner.  I still owe you twenty bucks.  Crap.

One of these days, someone's probably going to say, "Hey -- I didn't realize till now that EricJamesStone was Eric James Stone."

They probably won't owe me twenty bucks, though.

Uh, so to avoid being guilty of overposting...what am I talking about?--I'm as guilty as sin, BUT to cut down, I'll just refer you to the James Dashner's thread on my...

(Man, what do I call that anyway?--it's not a site, right? It's not a...drawing a blank)well, anyway, I posted James Dashner's notes under my name.

Anyway, so if you're interested at taking a peek, that's where it is.

It was a great lecture...and so controversial. Hmmm. YOU KNOW I had to throw that in there, right James?
