In a muuuch earlier thread...like page 9 of 9, stacer posted a link to http://www.rickwalton.com/writers/critique.htm.  I wandered there today and this is a great resource for critiquing, both for those of us that have been in writing groups before and those that are new to the process.  It looked like it was worth a repost with a second group getting underway.

Yeah, sounds great . . . but we'll have to set up a submission rotation first! hehe. We got off to a rocky start, what with e's absence and all. Plus, we got carried away with Robert's story, so we didn't set one up. But I'd like to go next after Jena, if that's okay with everyone. Then maybe Fastor, since Izzy's just had a baby. And then Izzy.

As for Izzy, she hasn't even submitted to the AS group, so she may not for your group. Likely not time to write, with the little ones and all. But if she does decide to submit, she'll tell us, and we'll fit her in wherever she wants.

Oh, yeah. I kinda forgot about that stipulation... I was getting all wrapped up in the hunt for my alter ego (which Tink seems to have won, beating out the ninja monkeys for the win. lol).

Thank you for the schedule.  That's very helpful and appreciated.    The app for reminders could be way cool too.

I was also thinking, looking at that list of folks involved, if we could do an updated distribution list with the emails everyone wants subs sent to?  I know my list doesn't have everyone on it and I don't want to miss folks when I'm ready to send out.

Umm...e, is there a reason you haven't sent me your submission? Also, like Jena I need everyone's e-mail, since I only have some of them. Lightning said that he would be able to come to around half of the meetings. Other than that I'm fine with everything, but consider this an early warning; based on the way our computers have been behaving lately there is a small (really small) chance that they all might die and I won't be able to submit. But like I said, it probably won't happen. Nessa, the calendar is awesome!
