I saw three copies of the book in Iowa. If there is a second printing, you might be distributed in more obscure places like Nebraska or the Dakotas (if they exist).

There were still 3 copies at the B&N in Arlington last I went.
I hope that one day you too can have a copy of the book in NOrth Dakota and Montana.

Sure.  However, you could always just get YOUR copy signed and numbered.  I haven't even gotten the box from Tor yet.

I had totally forgotten about the numbering thing. When Diann got her first book published she numbered her signatures for quite a while. Not sure how many she did for the next books.

Skar, it's not so much the books being numbered as the signatures.

Right, but both would be better right?  Currently my copy is neither signed nor numbered since I haven't seen EUOL since I bought it.
