Is this not our Worldcon report thread? Why do we need another one?

But isn't this 2007? Oh wait--I'm the only one with a time machine. I keep forgetting.

At least your time machine goes into the future.  Last week, as we trekked back from Ihop, I turned to Parker and Ms. Fish and asked what year we were in, 2005 or 2006.

Yes but your time machine only got forward, unless you've finally figured out how to go back in time without having to go so far into the future that time resets itself.

I'm in the same boat, Fell. I'm currently editing books for fall of 2007 and beyond, and sometimes I have to remind myself when dating things that it's still 06. 06 feels so in the past.

What kind of things are you dating? Sounds like a great singles scene up there.

Oh. Yeah. Heh, I didn't even make that connection. I was actually talking about the writing part. You know, kind of a magical consequence of writing, like a superpower.
