What about Adam Baldwin? Not sure if someone already had this idea, but Marsh is who he kept popping up as for me. A little more built than necessary, but I think he could actually pull off all the turns.

I second this! I always thought he looked similar to how I imagined Marsh.

You know, I kind of imagined Elend to look something like this. At least in my own little world.  :D

It's the way my weird mind works.

I was watching the Les Mis musical today at work and I thought back to one of the annotations (I think) where Brandon mentioned a little Marius influence in Elend, which led me to remember the live action Les Mis movie they did awhile back with that guy.

Link isn't working for me?

Hmm it's working fine on my end. Weird.

Anyway here's a few more pictures I could find of him.

The third one is the one where I can really see Elend.

Okay, now everything is working for me. Weird. But I do agree. That would make a perfect Elend right there.

He would make a pretty darn good Elend....Shame he's too old--born in 1975

See, age isn't too bad if the person can look the part. A lot of older people look young, and vice-versa.  :)

Would be a sweet Elend as long as he can still pull off not looking too old.

He looks good in the Les Mis pics, but Les Mis came out 10 years ago. No doubt he looks older now than he does in those pictures. But if they could get him looking young enough, he'd be awesome.

I am just reminded of Famke Janssen trying to playing Jean Grey...

I didn't say it worked every time.  ;)

He's just the closest looking to Elend (in my mind) that I could find.  :)

If the quality of work is any indication I have higher hopes here at least.

I couldn't see Johnny Depp as Kelsier. I could see him playing a skinnier Breeze though.
