I'm happy because this is the funniest thing I have seen all day. It left me shrieking in laughter...

I am back in Provo! And I got to hang out with MY douoche last night--for over four hours!!! It was great.  ;D

"Douoche" is a specifically female term. If your sweetheart happens to be male (which I fervently hope is the case, or else you should simply ignore this unnecessary post and I'll just hang my head in stupidity), it's "galant," which means what it sounds like.

I also got him a really cool Hotmobiles miniature of the Batmobile (nod to Archon)

:) Glad to be of assistance.

So as to not be hijacking this thread, I am happy because I just got a bunch of music from Lhotse, and it is good.

I'm happy because I finally just watched Princess Mononoke for the first time. Yeah, yeah, I know, took me long enough.

Oops. That is what comes of using foreign words I don't completely know the meaning of, I suppose.

I think EUOL would much prefer being called "galant." So I definitely won't use it.  ;)

I think I'm being overly grumpy. I need to counter with some happiness. Goooo positive thinking!

I'm happy because I am writing at all, even if it sucks. The more sucky stuff I write, the closer I am to writing good stuff (or so I've been told).

I'm happy because I have amazing friends.  ;D

Today EUOL, CtrlZed, and MsFish all helped me move. MsFish was especially helpful because she came over early to pack with me and didn't complain when I ordered her about (I'm very particular about packing). Moving went so much faster with four of us loading and unloading. I also found some plastic leis and plastic kazoos so while we were waiting for EUOL CtrlZed, MsFish, and I did creative renditions of Indiana Jones, Star Wars, and Sound of Music songs (CtrlZed claimed ignorance of the latter, but I think he was just pretending). EUOL, being the party pooper he is, did not join in the kazoo fun, though he did wear a lei. When we were done we went to Sonic for treats. That's how you make moving fun!

EUOL also found me a truck to move my big stuff. He's just the best boyfriend ever! (And I'm going to end this now before I get too gushy and gag everyone, including myself).

I'm happy because I'm back in Reno, and that means time with Ari!

See, I'm not the only one on this board who appreciates their significant other.

(and yes, I used "their" on purpose. Down with the singular "his and her"!)
