Call for Happy Things, again.
« on: July 26, 2005, 02:51:15 PM »
Yes, the other thread was getting kind of long.

So, I'm happy because I just made the most heavenly cheese souffle. In fact, it is so good that my soul is being wrenched apart as I make this post instead of eating the light, fluffy, and savory souffle.

Here is the recipe I tried to follow and then heavily adapted:

I'm happy because my vacation was slightly delayed and I've gotten to spend the morning with my girlfriend.

I'm happy because I'm eating Cherry Garcia ice cream and drinking (non-diet) Cherry Vanilla Dr. Pepper.

Yeah, I was certain they had to, but I couldn't find any till last friday, when the Metro Mart started carrying it. It's yummy. Come on over, I'll tell you where it is on the shelves.

How many times must I tell you that that stuff is evil and horrible-able.

But I am happy because I'm 2 hours into my 24 hour poetry marathon. Hoorah.

I'm happy because Sid Meier's pirates and Burnout 3 are awesome games :)
If you're ever in an argument and Entropy winds up looking staid and temperate in comparison, it might be time to cut your losses and start a new thread about something else :)

I'm happy because I'm eating a sandwich grilled on a George Forman grill with Corned Beef, Roast Beef, Pepper Jack, and American Cheese on it. It's incredibly tasty.

I'm happy because I bought a Coney's frozen yogurt while I was waiting for the bus today, and it had peanut butter cups in it.  Yummmmmmm....

I'm happy because I keep finding cool fantasy books at DI when I go during my lunch break.  Today I found a copy of Robin McKinley's "Beauty" (which I never read because I can't FIND the Provo library's copy)
