Dave Davies had a stroke!

fortunately, according to CNN, he's expected to regain use of his body. And on a bright side, he needs less dexterity with his right side than his left to play (it's hte left that fingers the frets) so even if there's not a full recovery (like my friend Andy, who while he's had a remarkable recovery, still limps, slurs ever so slightly, and has less control over his arm), he may be able to tour or at least record again.
