a shameless plug
« on: February 09, 2005, 12:18:20 AM »
Well, I know we have a bunch of old gamers hanging around here, so I thought I'd mention that the new OneUp Studios album is out. It's called Xenogears: Light, and it's mostly piano (with occaisonal other instruments) arrangements of the Xenogears music. I have a copy and can definitely give it my recommendation. Also, this web site is mentioned in the liner notes. :)

For us nongamers, who are they? Are they people you know in real life?

I only actually know one of them, although I chat with the album's producer from time to time. Game music remixing got to be a big thing a few years back, and I think it's cool that some people are trying to do it professionally. Honestly, the music is just wonderful.

Wow, that's really good. I'll have to borrow it from you sometime.
