So if we make fun of them there will be no repercussions...

Only two things come out of Texas.
And I don't see any horns.

I have to say, I've always associated Texans with big hats and big egos. Because that's how most of them that I have met have been.

But I shouldn't stereotype. I mean, I'm from Southern California, for crying out loud. Don't even get me started on, like, the Valley Girl stereotype...

Texas was once its own country, and they haven't figured out that they're not anymore since.

In the old game Hyperblade, it gave players nationalities.  Many were American.  A few were Texan.

I really like Loreena McKennitt.  She's Canadian...

No, but in terms of more interesting music, does anyone know Hedningarna?

I've heard them described as "Alternative Folk" (where Folk = traditional Scandinavian music)  They're Swedish/Finnish, I believe, and they're the weirdest group I've ever liked.  If you want song recommendations, chime in and I'll hand some out.

I'd highly recommend Bueno Vista Social Club.

I'm dying to get my hands on some more Chinese pop.  I've been listening to the 2 S.H.E. songs I have (though I'm not sure if they're Pop or R&B) . . .
