OK, so, i'm really jazzed about this site for reasons I've found myself unable to adequately explain.

Basically, it's a social site, and, like almost all of them, it has blog capability. However, the thing that I like it for is this.

You install the Last.fm software on your system, then listen to music on your computer,  and it automatically "scrobbles" the info to their site. ie, it sends the info about what you're currently listening to up to their site. It tracks your statistics and you can make comparisons to others with similar tastes.

I've been on Last.fm for a few weeks now and it's interesting. I like to see statistics (because I know they fail at all possible moments) and find out what I listen to mostly. Which I already know, but it's fun to let others know.
