Been listening to a bit of Keane lately.  And a lot of David Downes & Sleepthief in my car.

I'm listening to allot of quite music, I don't know hwy. my friend burned me a disc and all of them where songs that had only a guitar playing and a real soft voice singing. Very calming.

I'm listening to Les Miserables and I thought I mention it because I am just now noticing all the similarities between it and Mistborn. At least to the first one anyway as that is the only one I have read so far, but that really isn't a criticism because I like them both. :)
I've already conquered the world. This is exactly the way I want it.

I LOVE that play!!!!!! I LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT sooooo much!!! The work song and part where they're like 'my name is JEAN VALJEAN!!!' 'and  I'm Javert! Do not forget my name! Do not forget me, 24601!' AWESOME!!!!!!

I saw this weird version I forget the name for it but it's like when it's on a stage ( I saw it off a disc), people are all around, and the actors are on the stage, but the main ones don't really move around. There are the ensembles that move around, and sometimes characters do, too, but the main ones mostly just stand at floor-microphones and sing and act there (the orchestra and chorus is completely visible in the back). But anways, the guy who played Jean Valjean in that version got payed $51 MILLION!!! Crazy, right??

The song: "On Top of The World" reminds me of Mistborn because of 1. the voice sounds just like I imagined for Kell. 2. The main lyrics are: "Lets spend tonight on top of the world. We can do anything be can be anything. I'll meet you tonight on top of the World as you can see your only in my dreams."

I mean seriously doesn't that sound like something Kell would say or something close to it.

And isn't the running of Jean Valjean kind of like the running of Kelsier? First he's a thief/criminal, then he gets caught and jailed (put in the Pits of Hathsin) then he escapes and…it's like a mad chase. See what I mean?

I've pulled out some older stuff, Iron Maiden.  Nothing from just one album, just stuff from all across their catalog.
I don't suffer from insanity...  I enjoy every minuet of it!

It's ok to be strange, as long as it's on paper. :)

That would most likely be the 10th Anniversary Concert with Colm Wilkinson as Jean Valjean. I just re-watched it the other day.  8)

I'm a stickler for musicals.

I love Spamalot.  I saw it last time I was in NYC. (I haven't been in months!  I'm dying!)  The soundtrack is just oh so delightfully quippy and punny.

Nah. I can act but can't sing but everyone says I can sing but I don't think so. But anyway it's a musical and I can't sing but I'll work backstage.
