On a serious metal kick as of right now....

As I Lay Dying
All That Remains
Killswitch Engage

Although in between those three I've been listening to Muse which really doesn't fit.....

Woah, you have good taste... and oddly I've been really into both Muse and As I Lay Dying recently...

MPlease, thanks for mentioning Abney Park. I checked them out because of your comment, and I'm really really liking them. Looks like I'll have to pay more attention to this thread in the future!

Right now I'm listening to Atreyu's "Falling Down". Something about it just makes it repeat in my mind...

Then again, Porno Graffitti's (it's Japanese, excuse the weird name) "Neo Melodramatic" has the same effect on me. It just demands I listen to it for an hour straight!

I just finished a story.  Started it while listing to Manau - "La Tribu de Dana", and finished listening to Francis Cabrel - "La Corrida".  Both excellent songs (and both in French, somewhat ironically).

Apologize by One Republic

I really get out of the music loop sometimes, then I miss the good stuff and only come across it when my sister plays one of her cd's. This is a good song!

Some New Pornographers, Postal Service, House of Doc, Musica Intima, Peter Paul and Mary, Moxy Fruvous, and Barenaked Ladies are the top few on my listen to list.  I'm glad I discovered this thread.

I also would like to get my hands on some Pavarotti, if I can, I like that guy.

The Spine by They Might Be Giants. Everyone should listen to this band.
If I had any clue, would I be here?

I'm starting to drift away from the Barnaked Ladies, their new stuff is not as good, and Steve's voice was way betterin his earlier stuff.  And he also kind of messed up his career a bit with that cocaine stunt, especially just after they put out a children's CD.
I really like Hous of Doc right now, and the Decemberists, and Moxy Fruvous.  And what the heck, of course the Barnaked Ladies are still one of my favorite bands.
oooo, and guster, I like them too.

Currently listening to "Endless Rain" by one of my favorite bands ever, X Japan. Here's a clip form their farewell concert circa 1997 (they recently got back together! yay!)
