Animal planet is a favorite channel at the nursing home where I now work, thus I saw quite a lot of this and very little of the Superbowl, which suits me fine.  It  made me want to go home and play Nintendogs, though.

The short amount of the puppy bowl I saw was weird. It looks like this was intended for insane dog and cat lovers.Type of people that I picture watching a show like this are old people who are trying to get all their worlding possession to be inherited by their beloved dog(s) (as opposed to their children if they have any).

I assumed it was something to have on in the background while you were doing something useful, like...reading forums.
