ah ya the orignal recon was a miniature game.  A lot of people have been waiting for the new version but Palladium dosen't feel "right" about releseing it know because of current events.  oh ya the new version places the PC's as mercs.
Screw it, I'm buying crayons and paper. I can imagineer my own adventures! Wheeee!

Nope that was the revised editon that came out a few years ago.  The new version hasn't come out yet.  It could have been an almost compleated verion for the past 4 summers they've said they were going to release it (this year is no different) but all wayse push it back for chages or other reasons.

The folks at the booth said they still had the rights to publish TMNT. Hence the Update. They were very excited about it.

Nope they don't got it.  If for some reason they do they're not talking about it.  Their site dosen't have the press release on it but at the time I bought a bunch of old TMNT at like 75% off.  There is absolutly noting on thier sight about it.  I'm pretty sure you misunderstood one of those other books for a new TMNT.  Or another companie has it and you just saw TMNT and thought Palladium.
