Walking in Circles
« on: November 30, 2004, 12:47:50 PM »
This webgame consumed my life for basically all of yesterday afternoon. It's one of those that dumps you into a scene with no clues initially. If that bothers you, you might not like this, but if you're a fan of the original Myst, I bet you'll love it.

Tage, do you know how long I must wait at the "loading all restricted areas" page before I assume something's broken?

The site's been hit and miss since getting linked on ABS, among others. Generally, though, I haven't had to wait more than 20 seconds for anything to load.

heh, WIC.  Surprised it's still around, been about a year and a half since I was last there.  Wonder how much more is there, use to only have about 20-30 minutes worth of stuff.
Screw it, I'm buying crayons and paper. I can imagineer my own adventures! Wheeee!

I bet they've added a lot since you were last there. Bonus points if you can find the girls in the hot tub at the end.

finding the girls in the hottub is easy. Getting them to flash you is a bit more difficult (don't worry, it's all clean. No nudity anywhere int he flash).

Then how is it a flash?

big black squares. the squares appear before they start to even move, so it's not even like almost seeing something. Still, maybe that offends you. *shrug*

Not at all. I find myself faintly disappointed.

The combination of cartoons, which are traditionally the realm of childrens entertainment, and pr0n, which is distinctly not encouraged for children, has always amused me. It's so delightfully corrupting.
If you're ever in an argument and Entropy winds up looking staid and temperate in comparison, it might be time to cut your losses and start a new thread about something else :)
