Here are two of my favorites.  Snafu has probably 10 different strips, the links are all there, so it should be easy for you computer geniuses to figure out.  ;)

I know it's not an online comic but I LOVE the Walking Dead series by Robert Kirkman. Has anyone else read them?

I couldn't find any mention of of it here, so I hope this isn't misconstrued as linkspamming, but if you're a fan of online comics, why not try creating your own with bitstrips =)?
