Compliment The Person Below You

Well, I figured I'd try starting out a new version of the "the person above you" threads, in which you instead complement the person below you. (yes, that makes sense)

So I'll start:

The person below me is very intelligent and is clearly quite talented at identifying good ideas and thinking up his/her own.

The person below me can succesfully navigate a dictionary, unless they do not know how to spell the word they are looking up, in which case they are a ninny.
