Don't forget to blame the futures market speculators as well. There is so much about Wall Street trading that's artificial, it bothers me a lot. When people start making so much money on things that negatively affect the rest of the economy, that's a problem.
All Saiyuki fans should check out Dazzle! Emotionally wrenching action-adventure and quirky humor! (At least read chapter 6 and tell me if you're not hooked.) Volume 10 out now!

Here Here, Ookla.  Imagine if we all could do this?  "I think I should only have to pay for half of my mortgage this year because coverage of a Hurricane in the Phillipines may interrupt my regularly scheduled programming, which in turn will cause me to be less productive at work, creating a less envious personal cash flow over the next 6 months."  It's beyond Ludicrous.
I wanted to write something profound here, but I couldn't think of anything.

My two-year-old threw up this morning. Oh, the joy.
If I had any clue, would I be here?

One of the disadvantages of having many children is that I've had someone in my house throwing up for the last ten days.  Including Monday when four of us were sick.  Empathy to everyone with sick children.

I've always stuck firmly to the philosophy that I'd rather be sick then have the kids sick. So sorry for you.

On a funny note... my 15 month old has discovered how to spin in circles, much to his delight. So he goes around and around and around in the living room until, the other day, he threw up! We were laughing so hard, the kid spun his lunch out of himself!

I feel your pain. My 8 month old baby 2 weeks ago had fevers for 3 days went away came back for 5 more days. Went to  the doctor he has doudle ear infections. Medicine gives him the runs, plus now we are back to fevers. The 3 year old has fevers too. Will for me I am just to tried.

The four-year-old is also throwing up now, but my husband is wonderful and stayed up all night with them.
If I had any clue, would I be here?

Yeah, we should give you some sort of award. You'd better get some killer Mother's Day gift.

Well, I did get a new wallet and purse because at the start of this whole thing my 1 1/2 year old threw up in my purse.  It was rather disgusting.  And my husband spent six hours on a ladder restaining the south side of our house today, so I have had some good gifts this Mothers' Day already.

Driver's side, external door handle of my car broken.  Replacement part sold out at every store in Utah county.  Grrr.  Have to unlock doors, reach in from the back seat and open door from the inside.  Double grrr.
